About
Mark Smith has a part-time position as an associate professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management. He obtained his PhD at Manchester School of Management and taught at Manchester Business School between 2004 and 2007. He has carried out research work for a wide range of institutions and has research interests that focus on labour market outcomes on individuals and organisations including working conditions, working-time management, work-life balance, gender, and the link between the organisation of work and working patterns. He has co-authored a number of books, book chapters and journal articles.
